Senior Club
The TCICS Senior Club provides a welcoming, active, and culturally connected space for seniors in the Tri-Cities. Through weekly programs, wellness activities, social gatherings, cultural events, workshops, and educational classes, the club helps seniors stay connected, engaged, informed, and supported.
A Community Space for Connection, Wellness, and Belonging
The Tri-Cities Iranian Cultural Society Senior Club is designed to support seniors through social, educational, cultural, and wellness-focused activities. The club brings seniors together in a respectful and friendly environment where they can learn, share experiences, build friendships, and participate in meaningful community life.
Senior Club programs include online and in-person activities, group walks, meditation, digital literacy, poetry and book reading, calligraphy, film screenings, cultural celebrations, health-related workshops, friendly meals, and special community gatherings.
The goal is simple: to help seniors remain socially active, emotionally supported, physically engaged, culturally connected, and informed about practical topics that matter in daily life.
