Civic Engagement & Public Education
TCICS promotes non-partisan civic learning, public dialogue, community representation, and respectful engagement between Iranian-Canadians, public institutions, civic leaders, and the wider Canadian society.
Building Informed, Connected, and Engaged Communities
The Civic Engagement & Public Education program is a public-facing initiative of TCICS that helps community members understand civic life, participate responsibly in Canadian society, and engage constructively with public institutions and community partners.
This program is strictly non-partisan. TCICS does not promote political parties or candidates. Instead, the Society supports public education, community dialogue, civic awareness, democratic values, human rights education, and opportunities for respectful conversation on issues that affect Iranian-Canadians and the broader community.
Through workshops, dialogue sessions, public meetings, educational events, and community representation, TCICS aims to strengthen informed participation and help build bridges between community members and civic institutions.
