In order to honor the traditions of the past and the rich Persian culture, as well as to introduce more and better Nowruz rituals to the Canadian society and the young Iranian generation, as well as supporting Iranian businesses and introducing them, the Tri-City Iranian Association plans to hold a ceremony on the last Wednesday of the year. (Syrian Wednesday) as a happy, fun and attractive program with fireworks and with the presence of artists, musicians, singers and dance, singing and music groups, the details of the program are as follows.

Program description
The official start time of the program is at 17:00 and the end time is at 21:00. The program includes 6 hours of performances by various artistic groups, musicians, singers and dancers. During the program, there will be fireworks, contests, raffles, awarding of prizes to the winners, poetry. We will have readings, etc., in the parking area, a space will be allocated to sell and serve all kinds of food and drinks to the participants.
According to the happy and diverse programs and using the experiences of the past years, we expect the presence of at least 10,000 compatriots in the program.

Terms and Conditions:
The total number of tents available in the program for assignment is 30 and the dimensions of all the tables are 180 x 75 cm. ●
The priority of handing over the tents is the priority of registration, tent reservation and payment, and no changes can be made in the reservation.
The tents will be delivered to you with two chairs and a table ready for arranging the product or offering services
Tents that are reserved in a shared manner will only be able to be used for presenting the products of 2 businesses
Each tent can place a maximum of 2 stands with a width of 60 and a height of 180 cm in the space inside the tent, so as not to cause any disturbance to the public traffic or the space of the adjacent tents, otherwise, it is obvious that the collection Disturbing stand will be taken.

Important: The customer is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits, such as the fire department, health, and other agencies’ permits, which are required for the permission to cook, serve, sell, and distribute food, and the association has no responsibility for it.
The deadline for submitting the necessary permits to the association to reserve a space to participate in the program is January 30 at the latest, and after that, if the permits are not provided, the reserved space will be given to someone else.
Due to the certainty of the reservation and the non-assignment of the space allocated to you to other people, after signing the contract and depositing the money, there is no possibility of cancellation or return of all or part of the amount.
